This is where imported product usually fails. The unit is competitive on price, the curve looks right, and then the answer to “when can I have twelve of them?” is a container date. Substitutions get made at the last minute, usually to whatever the local supply house has on the shelf.

Stocking in Texas rather than drop-shipping from overseas is a deliberate decision. It costs us working capital, and it is the difference between being specified and being substituted out.
Same-day shipping cut-off
Orders received by 11:00 a.m. Central Time ship the same business day, provided the items are in stock and the order information is complete. Orders received after that ship the next business day.
That is the standard we hold through normal volume. A seasonal surge or a carrier disruption can move it, and if that happens on your order we will tell you rather than let the tracking tell you.
Stocked items ship by parcel or freight from Houston. We can ship on our own account, or on yours if you have a carrier account you prefer to use — send the account details with the order and we will bill it there.

Non-stocked and made-to-order items
Non-stocked configurations, three-phase variants and OEM-specific builds are made to order.
A made-to-order lead time has two parts: the build itself, and then ocean transit and customs clearance into the United States. Both vary with the product and the quantity, which is why we do not publish a single figure. A number that is right for one order is misleading for the next.
What we will do is give you a firm date for your specific order before you commit to it, and tell you which part of the schedule is driving it. If that date does not work, it is usually the point at which a stocked model is worth looking at.
What to do when the schedule is tight
Send us the required airflow, external static pressure, duct size and electrical characteristics, and we will tell you what we can ship immediately, what needs to be built, and whether a stocked model can be substituted without changing the design intent.
If we cannot meet your date, we will say so rather than quote a date we cannot hold.
