Career

Founded approximately 35 years ago, BVN has always considered its human resources as its most valuable asset. For this reason, the development of corporate culture and a sense of belonging, along with the psychological and intellectual support of employees, form the cornerstone of its human resources policy.

All Human Resources processes have been built upon this fundamental policy.

• The principle of equal conditions and equal opportunities for equal work is adopted.

• When a personnel need arises, all candidates are evaluated based on the education, work experience, and core competencies required by the position. The process begins with the evaluation of applications received through various channels. After a preliminary screening of resumes, candidates with the required qualifications are invited for interviews. Interviews are organized with relevant Department Managers to determine the most suitable candidate for the position. Candidates’ knowledge and skills are assessed during these interviews. Those deemed suitable are placed in the planned position.

• The principle of fairness is upheld in all rights provided to employees. Training programs are organized to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and manners. Special training programs are followed and implemented to support the vocational development of blue-collar workers.

• The quality of the working environment is prioritized, and necessary practices are implemented to ensure an efficient workplace.

• Measures to ensure employees work in a safe and healthy environment are regularly discussed in Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings and strictly monitored for implementation.

• Through the Suggestion and Complaint Procedure and designated stations within the company, employees are encouraged to express their suggestions transparently, and approved suggestions are rewarded.

• Various projects aimed at organizational development include the participation of department managers, encouraging the exchange of ideas and contributions to projects.

• Decisions made regarding employees or developments concerning them are communicated transparently to all staff.

• Measures are taken to prevent discrimination based on race, religion, language, or gender, and to protect employees from physical, mental, and emotional mistreatment in the workplace. Any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited. A fair and transparent evaluation system is adopted for matters such as promotions and compensation.
