DESIGN
At BVN, where creative thinking is encouraged, continuous investment is made in research, development, and product innovation. To better serve our customers in HVAC, heating, and other sectors, we adopt an innovative approach throughout the entire process—from design to after-sales support. New ideas that enhance market conditions, meet customer expectations, and create differentiation are regularly discussed in scheduled meetings. Beneficial ideas are supported by literature reviews and implemented accordingly.
When designing the ventilation fans and electric motors in our product range, we draw strength from our university-industry collaborations, our experienced and skilled team, our accumulated know-how, and our creative ideas. We aim for energy efficiency to protect nature and for high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. The role of our product design technologies in product development and value creation is vital.
Product Design Process
Generation of an idea or identification of a need
Literature review
Theoretical calculations using analytical and numerical methods
Creation of 3D geometries in SolidWorks based on theoretical calculations
Material optimization
Structural analysis (thermal, vibration, fatigue, and strength) in ANSYS Structural, and aerodynamic & acoustic simulations via ANSYS CFX
Prototype preparation if theoretical results are deemed suitable
Aerodynamic performance tests in our test setups and Fan Test Tunnel, followed by result evaluation
Returning to step 1 to continue improvement efforts

PROTOTYPE
At BVN, to manufacture the most efficient fans, prototypes are developed to validate the analyses and simulations performed during the design phase. These prototypes, designed according to analytical and numerical calculations, are tested within the limits defined by internationally accepted standards to ensure everything functions flawlessly.
To accelerate the production of the designed product, manufacturing methods and technologies are constantly improved.
MOLD PRODUCTION
Prototypes that successfully pass all tests move on to the molding phase. Our expert team lays the foundation for BVN’s innovative and high-performance fans using the latest mold production technologies. Molds are produced in-house at BVN’s state-of-the-art Mold Processing Centers. Having full control over the molding process allows us to maintain high quality, reduce costs, and save time. This enables us to rapidly expand our product range at competitive prices. Molds for all our product groups—such as Axial Fans, Radial Fans, Roof Fans, Duct Fans, Plastic Fans, Jet Fans, Cooling Fans, External Rotor Motor Laminations, Tangential Fans, Hood Fans, Kitchen Exhaust Fans, Cabinet Fans, and Shelter Fans—are manufactured in our Mold Department.
CERTIFICATION
To ensure and maintain consistent quality, all fans, motors, and their components designed by the R&D team are selected to meet the requirements of relevant international standards. Technical specifications and production processes for each component are meticulously documented and archived.
BVN ensures product quality and reliability with certifications such as TSE, TSE-K, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, UKR SEPRO, PCT GOST, SGS, CE, and ROHS.
Phase 2
PRODUCTION
With 30 years of BVN expertise, various production techniques, different technologies, and numerous new manufacturing processes have been developed. Thanks to continuous investments, our expanding and evolving production line enables us to fulfill customer demands from around the world in a very short time.
QUALITY CONTROL
At BVN, quality control begins with the entry of raw materials. All raw materials and components used in our products are of the highest quality standards. Every material received from our suppliers must meet BVN’s specified technical specifications. Through initial and batch inspections at every stage of production, we aim for flawless manufacturing. Before packaging, each product undergoes a 100% inspection to ensure that every packaged item is delivered without defects. BVN’s current production rejection rate is below 500 PPM, and inspections are conducted according to AQL 0.15 – Level 2 UNI ISO 2859-1 standards.
PACKAGING
Our designers, in collaboration with packaging suppliers, develop eco-friendly and recyclable packaging solutions suitable for sea, air, road, and rail transportation of BVN fans. Horizontal and vertical compression tests are conducted on the designed packages to ensure they provide adequate protection. In this way, BVN products are safely delivered to customers all over the world in the most secure manner possible.
Phase 3
WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS
Istanbul is one of the most important trade hubs in Turkey and the world. With its high trade volume and unique geographical advantage, it serves as a major logistics center capable of providing fast and efficient service across the globe. Our Warehouse & Shipping Center, located at our Istanbul facility, also benefits from this strategic location, offering significant logistical advantages.
BVN fans are stored with barcode tracking. Integrated with our ERP system, this process ensures that hundreds of thousands of products are stocked without error and dispatched according to customer orders. Thanks to our fully equipped infrastructure and loading ramps, we are capable of dispatching up to ten truckloads of products daily.
