  1. General Shipping Terms

By placing an order with BVN Air (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“Buyer”, “customer”) agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy. These terms apply to all products shipped by BVN Air, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 

 

  1. Shipping Responsibility

All orders are shipped FCA (Free Carrier) BVN Air’s facility in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, unless otherwise agreed. Title and risk of loss transfer to the Buyer once the product is handed over to the carrier. 

Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. 

 

  1. Carrier Selection & Transit

BVN Air reserves the right to select the shipping method and carrier unless the Buyer arranges for their own pickup. 

  • We work with reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. 
  • BVN Air is not liable for shipping delays, damage, or loss that occurs after the shipment leaves our facility. 
  • Shipping times and lead times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. 

 

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated dispatch and delivery times vary depending on: 

  • Product availability 
  • Order volume 
  • Destination and customs clearance (for international shipments) 

Orders will typically be dispatched within 3–10 business days from the date of payment confirmation. Custom orders may require additional processing time. 

 

  1. Shipping Charges & Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: 

  • All shipping charges are invoiced to and payable by the Buyer. 
  • Additional charges such as duties, taxes, import clearance fees, or remote area surcharges are also the Buyer’s responsibility. 
  • Failure to pay applicable import taxes or customs duties may result in delivery refusal and additional return fees. 

 

  1. Packaging

Products are carefully packaged using industry-standard protective materials. Any special packaging requirements must be communicated before order confirmation and may incur additional charges. 

 

  1. Delivery Inspection and Claims

Upon delivery, the Buyer must: 

  • Inspect all items immediately, 
  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the carrier’s receipt, 
  • Notify BVN Air USA LLC in writing within 5 calendar days for any claims regarding shipping damage or shortages. 

Failure to notify BVN Air USA LLC within this period constitutes acceptance of the shipment and waives any right to claim for visible damage or shortage. 

 

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is damaged or lost after transfer to the carrier: 

  • The Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, 
  • BVN Air USA LLC will provide reasonable assistance (e.g., packing lists, invoices, shipment documentation), 
  • BVN Air USA LLC is not responsible for refunds or replacements in cases of carrier mishandling unless otherwise insured at Buyer’s expense. 

 

  1. International Shipments

For international orders: 

  • Buyer is solely responsible for compliance with import regulations and restrictions in their country, 
  • Any delays due to customs clearance are beyond BVN Air USA LLC’s control, 
  • Declared shipment values will reflect the actual invoice price unless a specific written agreement exists. 

 

  1. Return Shipping

For returns authorized under our Return Policy: 

  • The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified BVN Air USA LLC error, 
  • Unauthorized or freight-collect returns will be refused and returned at the Buyer’s expense. 

 

  1. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address, non-payment of customs duties, or unavailability of recipient: 

  • The Buyer remains responsible for the original shipping charge, 
  • Any return shipping, storage, or reshipping costs will be invoiced to the Buyer.
